Stress Gauge – Do We Have One?

It would be nice if we all possess a stress gauge that would show up as a dashboard indicating our stress level.  But we do possess other elements that provide that indication.  When we get impatient or easily irritable, that is a pretty good indication that our stress level is high.  Being impatient puts additional pressure on our heart that can cause heart palpitations, high blood pressure and chest pain.  Be conscious of the negative emotions that affect the heart such as; impatience, cruelty, arrogance, hastiness and hate.  When we get stressed out, our organs contract.

The following exercises will help counter some of those negative emotions and help you expand your heart releasing pressure:

  • Heart Sound followed by the Triple Warmer Exercise
  • Heart Exercise
  • Relaxation – Aligning from within
