MIND MANAGEMENT EXERCISES
Start with the Affirmation Introduction. Improves self-talk, increases confidence and promotes wellness.
If you have more time, select the Inner Smile Meditation (13 or 20 minutes option). Helps relax, heal and connect internally.
Note: Do the above two exercises for the first two weeks or so before progressing to the others. This will allow you to get use to this process and ease you into it. I would then suggest that you explore the others and when you find one you like, stick with it for a while.
Only do the Creation of your Sanctuary exercise about 1 month into this process so you have developed some focus and skill to take advantage of this creative process. Once your sanctuary is created, use this exercise frequently so you can retain it. This becomes a good anchor to go to at a moment’s notice when needed.
