BREATHING & RELAXATION EXERCISES

Do the abdominal breathing exercise or the complete breath on a daily basis when taking short breaks at work or while working. (Less than 2:30 minutes.)  Important to do when stressed.

If you have 10 minutes and want to relax quickly, exercise the Heart and Lungs and follow that with the Lay Down Relaxation.  (You can sit or stretched out in your chair if you can’t lay down.)
