MANAGING NEGATIVE EMOTIONS EXERCISES
Select the healing sound organ that best matches the emotion that you are feeling. (Do it 3 times or more if needed.)
Recommendation:
- Do the healing sound three times for the corresponding emotion that you are feeling followed by doing each healing sound once.
- Always complete the Emotional Healing Sounds with the: Triple Warmer Sound
- If you are experiencing a lot of negative emotions in your life, do the healing sounds followed by the Inner Smile Meditation.
- Kidney Sound (Transform: Fear into Gentleness & Calmness - 1:30 Minutes)
- Liver Sound (Transform: Anger, Frustration, Jealousy, Envy into Kindness and Generosity - 2:00 Minutes)
- Heart Sound (Transform: Impatience, Hate, Cruelty, Hastiness, Arrogance, Irritable into Love, Joy and Happiness – 2:00 Minutes)
- Spleen Sound (Transform: Worry, Anxiety, Mistrust into Fairness, Openness and Trust – 1:45 Minutes)
- Lung Sound (Transform: Sadness, Grief, Depression into Courage and Righteousness – 2:00 Minutes)
- Triple Warmer Sound (Always perform this exercise after completing the above healing sounds - 2:15 Minutes)
