The Shatterproof Practices are designed to bring disciplined to the mind. To establish a focused and disciplined mindset, the mind has to be trained. With practice you will gain control of your work and life stresses and learn to manage and overcome unhealthy emotions quickly. Clarity and creativity will surface giving you the ability to make the right choices, the right decisions – consistently.
SHATTERPROOF COACHING
Group (or individual) coaching in dealing with work and life challenges. Groups of six (maximum size) to insure proper focus and attention for each participant. Limited availability.
SHATTERPROOF WORKSHOP
Reclaim Control with Confidence in Times of Stress. Covering the common traps and the seven Shatterproof Principles with the use of a workbook so participants learn to start implement these and become more resilient. When we are resilient, we can overcome any challenges, because we have the strength to approach it with confidence and in control. We’ll make better choices and get better results – consistently! And we’ll show up as better humans. Delivered onsite for maximum impact.
